excited, scared, and nervous at the prospect of owning your own home.

SETH has the
answer to your "first-time homebuyer jitters". Attend our
Homebuyer Education class taught at our
conveniently located offices at 11111 South Sam Houston Parkway East in southeast
Houston.
In this informal
classroom setting, the knowledgeable instructor will explain the
sometimes-confusing mortgage and real estate terms. The instructor
will give you the tools to budget for your new home based on your
disposable income and will discuss credit and loan issues.
Utilizing the services of a licensed real estate professional will be outlined.
Included in their interactive discussions will be the Earnest Money
Contract, loan process, and home maintenance.
To utilize the
down payment assistance program provided by SETH the potential homebuyer
must attend a Homebuyer Education class.
Spanish speaking
