How to Apply For SETH’s MCC Program:

    Choose a Lender from the list of Participating Lenders to become pre-qualified for a mortgage loan and the MCC Program. 

    Find a home to purchase in the Eligible Program Area

    Read and sign your MCC Application and Affidavit and other documents the Lender prepares and submits to SETH

    Sign the MCC Closing Affidavit with your other closing documents at the title company on the day of closing

    You should receive your MCC document in the mail within 30 days of closing on your home
